Position Overview:
In this key role, you will provide essential support to the Motus Dealerships concerning bespoke operational systems and processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing user experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of digital operations within the Marketing Department.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of support for systems and processes utilized by Motus, particularly related to the Motus Retail Digital Operations and Marketing Department.
  • Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of their queries and issues.
  • Train and guide users on the effective use of bespoke systems and processes, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to operate efficiently.
  • Manage user creation and maintenance to uphold system integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with various Motus Departments and third-party suppliers to facilitate smooth operational processes.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate queries, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions to improve system performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum educational requirement: Matric/Grade 12.
  • Computer literate with a strong understanding of operational systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, providing you with the foundational knowledge to excel in this position.
