Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments for Social Economic Development (SED) initiatives and programs.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and track expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all SED activities and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the SED team (preparing reports, managing files, organizing events).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events related to SED activities.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination of SED initiatives.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute actionable points to stakeholders.
  • Generate simple reports and provide ongoing assistance while learning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or Finance.

Skills & Competencies

  • Interest in social responsibility, community development, and philanthropy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with diverse and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Sense of urgency for deadline-driven tasks.
