Key Responsibilities
- Process payments for Social Economic Development (SED) initiatives and programs.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and track expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of all SED activities and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the SED team (preparing reports, managing files, organizing events).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events related to SED activities.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination of SED initiatives.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute actionable points to stakeholders.
- Generate simple reports and provide ongoing assistance while learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Degree/Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or Finance.
Skills & Competencies
- Interest in social responsibility, community development, and philanthropy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with diverse and executive-level stakeholders.
