Main job purpose
- To achieve the ARG sales targets, through building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, executing the marketing and sales objectives and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and market share growth on an ongoing basis.
Main Objective
- To achieve the agreed sales targets for both new business and existing customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including targets for number of various parts sold as well as profitability margins achieved.
- To ensure all possible sales transactions by customers are channeled via our B2B electronic catalogue.
- To act as an ARG brand ambassador through daily interaction with customers by planning, coordinating and executing all marketing events, demos and training to relevant stakeholders in a professional manner according to the agreed schedule or business need.
- To keep up-to-date with market trends by continuously conducting market research including media, competitor activities, industry trends and establishing a clear understanding of the customers business needs in order to identify opportunities, increase sales and grow the business in line with agreed targets (all this information must be recorded and captured on the Group CRM system).
- To ensure overall data integrity in all administration and reporting required for the role and submit relevant and accurate documentation within the agreed time frames to allow for business decision making.
- To continuously educate the customers on the available products and benefits thereof to improve market penetration and drive overall sales and growth.
- To build effective business relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to grow sustainable business, improve market share and achieve sales targets for ARG.
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction in service delivery by resolving queries timeously and dealing with customer complaints in a professional and prompt manner, thereby upholding the brand and ensuring continuity of business.
- To ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decisions making for the business.

- Post Matric Certificate in Sales and Marketing Management

Main Job Purpose:
The primary role of the Sales Representative is to meet and exceed ARG (Automotive Replacement Glass) sales targets by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The representative is expected to implement marketing and sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive market share growth consistently.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both new and existing customers. This includes achieving targets related to the volume of different products sold and profitability margins.
- Utilize the company's B2B electronic catalogue to ensure all potential sales transactions are processed efficiently.
2. Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the ARG division by engaging daily with customers. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, product demonstrations, and training sessions for relevant stakeholders. All interactions must be done professionally and according to a predefined schedule or business need.
3. Market Research and Trend Monitoring:
- Stay informed about market trends by conducting continuous market research. This includes monitoring media, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintain a strong understanding of customer business needs to identify sales opportunities and grow the business in line with targets.
- Record and capture all market research findings on the Group CRM system for future reference and business strategy development.
4. Data Integrity and Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation and reports. This will aid business decision-making and help maintain overall data integrity.
5. Customer Education:
- Continuously educate customers on Shatterprufe® products and their benefits. This effort should aim to increase market penetration and drive sales growth.

Critical Job Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Post-Matric Certificate in Sales and Marketing Management
