Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Ambassador:  

  •  As a team member, you'll be the face of the brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment. You’ll ensure that each customer feels like a valued guest and enjoys their shopping experience.

2. Sales with Style:  

  •  You’ll offer a wide range of stylish products that you'll be proud to sell. Your role is to help customers find items that perfectly match their needs and preferences, helping them create beautiful spaces in their homes.

3. Maximize Sales:  

  • Continuously monitor your sales performance and seize opportunities to exceed your targets. Your ability to drive new sales and meet customer needs will be essential for success.

4. Store Maintenance:

  •  Ensure that the store is always well-stocked and beautifully presented. Maintaining a clean, attractive, and organized store is key to delighting customers.


Requirements:

  • Matric certificate is required.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment is essential.  
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive sales effectively.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers.  Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative.  
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.  
  • Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the retail environment.
