Qualification:

  • Matric Plus
  • B/BTech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering
  • B/BTech degree in Finance disciplines / Accounting Technician NQF 5 qualification

Skills:

  • 0-5 years of work experience
  • Strong academic record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving skills


 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Complete training modules for technical, industry, and professional skill development
  • Rotate through different departments/functions within TMSA
  • Shadow experienced employees to learn job duties
  • Participate in mentorship activities
  • Gain exposure to diverse projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve problems
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions during discussions
  • Fed feedback and guidance to improve performance
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and curiosity


HSEQ Responsibilities:

  • Manage and minimize HSE risk in the area of responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, rules, and legal requirements
  • Promote a safe working environment and contribute to HSE KPIs and risk reduction
  • Identify and enforce HSE competency requirements

Context & Environment:

  • The business may require filling roles swiftly within Retail Territory Management, Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical, and Finance areas.
  • The program involves a 24-month rotation through various departments, with an emphasis on continuously improving performance during the probationary period to succeed in the training program.
