Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Administrator - Data Quality to join our Group Services team in Witbank, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and ensuring high-quality master data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Codify and catalogue data accurately within the ERP system.
  • Create and maintain master data to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data quality is maintained at a high standard.
  • Communicate any data-related issues or discrepancies to relevant business units.
  • Deliver accurate and reliable data on time, meeting internal deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in codification and cataloguing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
