Job Description:
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated student with a passion for baking and eager to step into the working world? RCL FOODS is excited to invite dynamic and energetic individuals to apply for its Baking Learnership Program. We are on the lookout for 15 motivated learners who will be based at our Pretoria West site.
This learnership program spans 12 months and provides an enriching mentorship and coaching experience. It is designed to immerse learners in the entire baking process, giving them a deep understanding of how RCL FOODS operates and how to apply baking techniques effectively.
The Baking Learnership Program is SETA-accredited, ensuring that successful candidates receive a recognized formal qualification endorsed by SAQA. This learnership will expose you to both theoretical and practical learning, integrating the best practices in the baking industry.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the Baking Learnership Program, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification with Hospitality Studies and Mathematical Literacy as essential subjects.
- Being computer literate with experience in MS Office is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Drive and commitment: Candidates must show a willingness to achieve performance targets, learn new skills, and grow within the industry.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills: Successful candidates will demonstrate lateral thinking and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
