Job Description:

Renault Bryanston is looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join a dynamic sales team. This role involves converting internet leads into successful sales while maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the automotive industry and adept at lead management.


Position Overview:

Purpose:
The Call Center Agent will manage and maintain online lead generation portals, identify customer needs, and achieve lead targets by following agreed-upon procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:

    • Engage with potential customers from online inquiries.
    • Qualify leads and understand customer needs.
    • Use persuasive communication to convert leads into sales or appointments.
    • Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Manage and update relevant databases to ensure efficient lead handling.
    • Measure lead response times to ensure timely customer contact.
  • Governance & Compliance:

    • Execute work in line with compliance processes.
    • Record and report transactional activities for decision-making purposes.
  • Customer Service:

    • Liaise with clients in a positive and helpful manner.
    • Escalate client inquiries for effective resolution.
    • Deliver services aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
  • Financial Performance:

    • Perform work activities efficiently to maximize profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • 0 - 1 year in a similar environment (sales, telemarketing, lead conversion).
    • Call center experience is advantageous.
    • Automotive industry experience is not required.
  • Education:

    • Grade 12 (Matric).

Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills and well-spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with industry legislative compliance is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.
