Purpose of the Role:
The primary responsibility is to manage and maintain various online portals, identify customer needs, and convert leads into successful appointments and sales, ensuring that lead targets are met according to standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet performance targets and service level agreements.
- Engage with potential customers through online inquiries, qualifying leads, and identifying customer needs.
- Use persuasive communication to convert leads into appointments and sales.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Experience:
- 0-1 year in a similar role.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead conversion.
- Call center experience is advantageous; motor industry experience is not required.
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient computer literacy.
- Knowledge of industry legislative compliance.
