Job Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Courier Admin Assistant. This role involves handling Doctor’s orders, managing stock and accident claims, assisting with dispatching couriers, and overseeing fleet logistics to ensure efficient and timely services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Fleet Management and Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Complaint Management:
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to ensure high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Stock & Ordering Management:
- Oversee stock levels, including managing Doctor’s orders and reconciliation of costs.
- Ensure efficient distribution of ordered stock and maintain proper levels.
Accident Reporting:
- Submit accident reports in line with risk management policies.
- Remain on-call to assist employees during accident emergencies.
Courier Management:
- Log and assign tasks to couriers using the Courier Management Program for timely collection and delivery of samples.
- Monitor Geo-Tab and compare it to daily round sheets to detect unauthorized vehicle use.
- Ensure daily vehicle checklists are maintained for roadworthiness.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze departmental turnaround times, identifying trends to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in training staff on Courier Management Programs and other internal systems to maintain professional knowledge across the team.
Reporting & Distribution:
- Sort and distribute daily reports to doctors to ensure timely delivery of results.

Compensation:
