Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Safety & Timeliness: Safely and efficiently move vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Staff Transport: Safely transport staff between units, ensuring smooth and reliable service.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly clean and service the vehicle, ensuring it is in top condition.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all delivery-related documents and maintain a logbook at all times.
  • Reporting: Immediately report any defects or accidents to the relevant authorities.
  • Task Completion: Ensure that all tasks assigned are completed within the specified time frame.
  • Additional Support: May be required to assist with other duties outside of the core driving responsibilities.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and cooperation with colleagues at all levels within the company, ensuring positive interactions with both staff and clients.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Presentation: Must be neat and presentable at all times.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with staff and clients.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, both in delivering information and responding to others.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum requirement of Grade 12 (matric).
  • License: Must hold a valid Code 14 (EC) Driver’s License.
