Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Code C Driving License.
- Professional Driving Permit.
- No experience required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer/client management.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write reports.
Duties:
Drive Clients (Chauffeur or Shuttle Service):
- Safely transport clients to and from destinations.
- Plan the fastest route and communicate any changes.
- Maintain road safety standards and ensure comfortable trips.
- Professionally interact with clients.
Deliver Items:
- Deliver documents, mail, and other items to stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain records of deliveries.
Provide Safe Driving:
- Apply defensive driving and hijack avoidance techniques.
- Understand and use maps like Google Maps.
- Ensure fire safety knowledge and basic first aid.
Customer Service:
- Treat clients with respect and professionalism.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide relevant information regarding their journey.
- Promote g-FleeT’s services and brand.
Record Keeping and Vehicle Maintenance:
- Maintain an accurate vehicle logbook and ensure all trips are signed off.
- Complete necessary documents related to accidents or damages.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
