Job Title: HR Administrative Support
Location: Parow East, Western Cape, South Africa


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle first-time completion of HR administration tasks while providing superior service in line with SLA and quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including:
    • Employee Relations
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Capability Development
    • Leadership
    • Performance Management
    • Transformation Initiatives
  • General administrative support for HR functions such as Organisational Development (OD), Employee Engagement, Well-being, Rewards, and Benefits.
  • Perform validation and compliance checks of workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HR-related qualification is essential.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a Shared Services or HR Admin environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with relevant systems and shared services environments is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Proficient in Human Resources systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
