Key Responsibilities:
Manage Reporting and Renewal Pipeline:
- Coordinate and oversee the renewal pipeline.
- Manage, monitor, and control all Lease Renewal, Space Option, and Extended Tenure data.
- Prepare and control various reports, including renewal reports, radar reports, and viability schedules.
Management of Property Administration:
- Handle queries efficiently.
- Ensure lease renewals and associated paperwork are completed on time.
- Accurately prepare Heads of Agreement and viability requests in a timely manner.
- Create and issue Project Files promptly.
- Prepare Executive Summaries accurately and on schedule.
- Update and maintain landlords’ contact details in SAP.
- Collect and update monthly turnover figures by shopping center.
Processes Management:
- Maintain an electronic filing system for all developments and store leases.
- Ensure efficient administration processes are established and updated as necessary.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as financial managers and landlords.
People Management:
- Deliver in line with the requirements of property managers and heads of property developments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Finance and Administration or a related field.
- Property-related degree or diploma.
- Experience in lease/property administration (advantageous).
- Experience in a general administration role (advantageous).
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is preferred.
