Intern: Property Administration

 


Key Responsibilities:

Manage Reporting and Renewal Pipeline:

  • Coordinate and oversee the renewal pipeline.
  • Manage, monitor, and control all Lease Renewal, Space Option, and Extended Tenure data.
  • Prepare and control various reports, including renewal reports, radar reports, and viability schedules.

Management of Property Administration:

  • Handle queries efficiently.
  • Ensure lease renewals and associated paperwork are completed on time.
  • Accurately prepare Heads of Agreement and viability requests in a timely manner.
  • Create and issue Project Files promptly.
  • Prepare Executive Summaries accurately and on schedule.
  • Update and maintain landlords’ contact details in SAP.
  • Collect and update monthly turnover figures by shopping center.

Processes Management:

  • Maintain an electronic filing system for all developments and store leases.
  • Ensure efficient administration processes are established and updated as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as financial managers and landlords.

People Management:

  • Deliver in line with the requirements of property managers and heads of property developments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Finance and Administration or a related field.
  • Property-related degree or diploma.
  • Experience in lease/property administration (advantageous).
  • Experience in a general administration role (advantageous).
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is preferred.
