Job Description:
The Junior Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. The aim is to ensure that every customer’s experience is outstanding and that sales goals are consistently met.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Self-management and time management skills.
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel.
- Develop business to meet monthly sales targets.
- Execute strategies to grow and retain the customer base.
- Manage and meet customer expectations to ensure excellent service.
- Full commitment to achieving sales targets and seeking new revenue opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely feedback.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer behavior.
- Accurately evaluate vehicles for sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales executive.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license is essential.
- Computer literacy.
- Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Customer and sales management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the retail industry (advantageous).
- Fluency in local languages (advantageous).
- Cold calling experience to develop a client base.
- Experience in market expansion.
- Understanding of dealership policies, the competitive motor industry, and relevant economic and financial factors.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of corporate branding.
- Self-motivation, effective prioritization, and time management.
- Excellent oral communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and behavior.
