Job Description:

This unique role at We Buy Cars forms the foundation of our company's operations. The position requires someone who has a high level of attention to detail, strong computer skills, and a dynamic, honest, and hard-working personality. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate customer payments and maintaining excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Payments: Process payments for vehicles, as directed by Buyers or the Logistic Team Leader. Handle between 60 and 100 payments per day.
  • Client Banking Verification: Verify clients' banking details using the Hyphen system.
  • Contract Verification: Compare contract details with NaTis via the BLMS system and supporting documents.
  • Create OTPs: Generate OTPs (Offer to Purchase) for Buyers upon request.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service standards during interactions with clients.

Further Requirements:

  • Preferably resides in the Pretoria area.
  • Age preference: 35 - 50 years.
  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in using various software systems.
  • Patience and the ability to multitask effectively.
