Job Description:
The role of the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive at Kia Somerset West is to manage the sale of pre-owned vehicles by processing transactions efficiently and adhering to set procedures. The successful candidate will aim to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
Processes and Governance:
- Apply solutions to operational issues and escalate unresolved matters.
- Meet performance targets in accordance with service level agreements.
- Report on transactions to support decision-making.
- Follow compliance procedures, including adherence to FICA, POPI, and the Consumer Protection Act.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Provide customer support to meet service excellence standards.
- Participate in marketing campaigns to increase vehicle sales.
- Negotiate prices, close sales, and follow up with customers.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Process leads and pursue potential sales opportunities.
Finance and Efficiency:
- Execute tasks to avoid financial losses and ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment
- Valid South African driver’s license
