What will you do?
- Operate the switchboard and manage the reception area by welcoming clients and guests.
- Manage boardroom bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and availability.
- Handle branded and general stationery orders, manage office consumables, and maintain office equipment.
- Liaise with courier companies, managing all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Order refreshments for meetings and ensure the office is well-maintained by overseeing service cleaners.
- Work with the building manager to address maintenance issues promptly and manage vendor suppliers.
- Assist with processing creditors, invoicing, and reconciliations, as well as providing support for client presentations and functions.
- Perform ad-hoc team support tasks, assist with administrative duties, coordinate project tasks, and manage petty cash.

- Friendly, courteous, and detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to perform under pressure with punctuality, reliability, and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Tertiary or industry-related qualifications would be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist, including switchboard duties.
- Experience dealing with high-profile clients is essential.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent written skills.

- Friendly, courteous, and resilient with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Assertive, confident, and able to work independently or within a team.
