Job Description:

Renault Centurion is seeking a Pre-Owned/Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team. This role focuses on optimizing sales opportunities for pre-owned vehicles, maximizing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers a basic salary and commission structure, providing a lucrative opportunity for a driven salesperson with a history of meeting sales targets.


Position Overview:

The main goal of the role is to maximize sales while ensuring that objectives and targets are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions and sales.
  • Develop strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Retain and grow existing customer base.
  • Prospect for new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Present vehicle features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections.
  • Conduct professional handovers to customers.
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms for marketing.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training courses.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in retail sales within the motor dealership industry (pre-owned sales experience is an advantage).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and experience in cold calling.
  • Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
  • Other Requirements:

    • Valid, unendorsed driver’s license.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Knowledge of dealership policies and the competitive motor industry.
