Key Performance Areas

  • Deliver AWESOME customer service to create a WOW experience.
  • Attend to individual customer needs and always prioritize the customer.
  • Provide prompt service on the sales floor and via telephone.
  • Advise customers on products, prices, and warranties.
  • Demonstrate and explain products to customers.
  • Focus on upselling and add-on sales.
  • Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
  • Execute promotions on time and plan ahead.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Report fast and slow sellers to the Store Manager.
  • Participate in stock counts and stock taking.
  • Minimize stock loss and expenses.
  • Maximize sales in all areas.
  • Protect company assets within your responsibility.

Entry Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • 6 months of retail experience
  • Reliable transport for shifts

General Responsibilities

  • Undertake duties as requested by Senior Management.
  • Complete mandatory training.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Participate in personal development reviews.
  • Stay up to date with company procedures and cooperate with new technology and methods.
