Duties:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls via the switchboard
- Answer calls and take detailed messages for staff
- Provide callers with appropriate information, response, or advice on g-FleeT services
- Refer enquiries to relevant business units when necessary
- Manage the front desk of the organisation
- Welcome, greet, assist, and direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain professionalism and etiquette when dealing with visitors
- Ensure visitors feel welcomed and assisted efficiently
- Create a positive first impression for both visitors and callers
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Keep the reception area tidy and organised
- Perform any other tasks delegated by the Assistant Director or Deputy Director: Communications
