Duties:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls via the switchboard
  • Answer calls and take detailed messages for staff
  • Provide callers with appropriate information, response, or advice on g-FleeT services
  • Refer enquiries to relevant business units when necessary
  • Manage the front desk of the organisation
  • Welcome, greet, assist, and direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain professionalism and etiquette when dealing with visitors
  • Ensure visitors feel welcomed and assisted efficiently
  • Create a positive first impression for both visitors and callers
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organised
  • Perform any other tasks delegated by the Assistant Director or Deputy Director: Communications
