Purpose of the Position
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive, start-to-end recruitment process for positions ranging from generalist roles to specialist scarce-skill fields, catering to both urban and rural areas across South Africa. The primary focus is to attract, acquire, and retain high-quality specialist talent that aligns with business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR department, with strong administrative experience
- Full recruitment life cycle understanding
- Biometric certification is advantageous
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Recruitment Software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet
- Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive recruitment and selection services for the organisation
- Ensure consistency and adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance to avoid adverse outcomes from complaints, litigation, audits, and inspections
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and systems
- Build and expand the candidate network by networking with internal and external stakeholders
- Enhance the overall candidate experience and employer brand awareness
- Update and maintain the company’s website, online career portals, and intranet regularly
- Improve and update recruitment templates and documentation
- Use the recruitment management system and technology efficiently
- Compile regular recruitment and social media activity reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
