Purpose of the Position

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive, start-to-end recruitment process for positions ranging from generalist roles to specialist scarce-skill fields, catering to both urban and rural areas across South Africa. The primary focus is to attract, acquire, and retain high-quality specialist talent that aligns with business requirements.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    • Diploma or degree in Human Resources
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR department, with strong administrative experience
    • Full recruitment life cycle understanding
    • Biometric certification is advantageous
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Recruitment Software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet
    • Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive recruitment and selection services for the organisation
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance to avoid adverse outcomes from complaints, litigation, audits, and inspections
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and systems
  • Build and expand the candidate network by networking with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance the overall candidate experience and employer brand awareness
  • Update and maintain the company’s website, online career portals, and intranet regularly
  • Improve and update recruitment templates and documentation
  • Use the recruitment management system and technology efficiently
  • Compile regular recruitment and social media activity reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
