Position Overview:
EZGO at Sun City Resort is seeking a Tour Guide to provide professional customer service and contribute to the branch's targets. If you excel in service, handle pressure well, and are adaptable, this role will be rewarding.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean work environment and comply with health and safety standards.
- Safely transport guests using a golf cart, teach them how to ride a Segway, and guide them on informative tours of Sun City Resort.
- Handle reception duties: answer calls, manage bookings via Excel, respond to emails, and process payments using a POS system.
- Provide information about Sun City Resort and activities, including golf cart services.
- Develop creative team-building ideas to keep activities engaging.
- Assist with basic maintenance of golf carts and Segways.
- Adapt to sudden changes, as no day is the same at the resort.
- Follow any reasonable and lawful instructions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in front office/customer service.
Qualification:
- NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent).
Other Requirements:
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Computer literacy.
