Position Overview:

The Administrator will provide critical administrative support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and on time across various systems. This role also involves document management, stock movement processing, and supporting the procurement and logistics functions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:
    Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Experience:

    • 3 years in general administration
    • 2 years in AX system administration
    • Advantageous: 1 year in Isometrics and SHERQ administration experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing and Stock Control:

    • Accurately record real-time stock movements
    • Process related transactions in AX/QAD with high accuracy
    • Expedite orders and support stock variance fault finding
  • Procurement Support:

    • Request quotes, process requisitions, and generate purchase orders
    • Track deliveries and manage procurement of items like PPE, consumables, and maintenance materials
  • Data Reconciliation and Record Keeping:

    • Process and reconcile payroll, overtime, and petty cash
    • Maintain accurate asset records and coordinate transport permit applications
  • Document Management:

    • File documents both electronically (SharePoint) and physically
    • Ensure signed Delivery Notes are filed and SHERQ records are up-to-date for compliance
  • Training and Compliance:

    • Schedule and maintain records for training, medicals, and inductions
    • Capture SHERQ information and prepare monthly safety reports for the Safety Officer

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AX/QAD systems
