Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Agent based in the Northern Cape to join our team. If you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star, apply now!
The role involves reaching daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and contributing to the expansion of our mobile customer base. You will need to understand customer needs and handle different personalities while representing our brand in a professional and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist clients with account openings and betting queries.
- Drive daily sales and activations by demonstrating and explaining mobile products, usage methods, and services.
- Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
- Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
- Set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract prospective and existing punters.
- Assist customers with submitting correct FICA documents for new accounts.
- Ensure new customers use their sign-up bonus to bet and show them how to place bets using the mobile app.
- Keep work areas tidy to promote a positive image.
- Complete training activities on Moodle, Bet Strike, and Voice Note Training.
- Travel between branches and stores as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher (TUV) distribution.
- Strong system and sales knowledge.
- Other:
- Must be result-driven.
