Job Overview
BRB Bakery is seeking an Admin Relief Clerk to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- Financial Diploma – Advantageous
- 3-5 years of experience in administration, creditors, debtors, and wages
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Previous PA experience (3-5 years)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and support functions to managers and teams
- Handle petty cash, travel arrangements, staff functions, and stationery orders
- Manage front office reception, including handling parcels and answering the switchboard professionally
- Support and relieve debtors, creditors, wage, and value chain clerks in their duties
- Ensure adherence to financial SOPs
