Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Supervise daily banking, staff scheduling, stock counts, and general office admin.
- Manage incoming cash, balance records, and prepare bank deposits.
Stock Control
- Handle receipt and dispatch of goods following company procedures.
- Organize and manage weekly stock counts and full stock take processes.
Reporting and Record Keeping
- Submit daily reconciliations, discrepancies, and stock-related reports.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, and stock movements.
Operational Efficiency
- Update pricing manually and electronically.
- Oversee the store's stationery inventory and reduce operational expenses.
Team and Time Management
- Develop staff work schedules for approval.
- Ensure daily housekeeping standards in the office area.
Required Skills
