Job Overview
RCL Milling is seeking an Administration Officer I to assist with data capturing, purchase order creation, document scanning, and general office administration. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Post-matric qualification in Finance, Logistics, or Transport (advantageous)
- 2–4 years of administrative experience (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong financial and numerical acumen
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate Contract Revenue with support from the Contract Manager
- Generate Revenue Schedules and ensure accurate customer invoicing
- Maintain Uniplan master data (vehicle data, customer details, and rates)
- Scan and upload documents onto the system
- Work with Debrief Staff to resolve missing data (e.g., kilometers, trips)
- Filing, archiving, and data capturing
- Provide administrative support to the finance, admin, and contract management teams
