Job Overview

RCL Milling is seeking an Administration Officer I to assist with data capturing, purchase order creation, document scanning, and general office administration. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Post-matric qualification in Finance, Logistics, or Transport (advantageous)
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong financial and numerical acumen
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate Contract Revenue with support from the Contract Manager
  • Generate Revenue Schedules and ensure accurate customer invoicing
  • Maintain Uniplan master data (vehicle data, customer details, and rates)
  • Scan and upload documents onto the system
  • Work with Debrief Staff to resolve missing data (e.g., kilometers, trips)
  • Filing, archiving, and data capturing
  • Provide administrative support to the finance, admin, and contract management teams
