Administrator – Feedem Catering

Location: Claremont, Western Cape, South Africa
Contract Type: Permanent
Closing Date: 24 January 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client requests promptly and proactively
  • Manage and place consumable orders
  • Maintain consistent stock levels on site
  • Assist with onboarding and induction of new recruits
  • Manage staff uniforms
  • Schedule and oversee online training sessions
  • Maintain unit files and update notice boards as per company policies
  • Distribute payslips to staff
  • Keep monthly consumables file updated for processing and billing

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Computer literate
  • Driver’s license (Advantageous)
