Purpose Statement
Contribute to a consistent client experience for Capitec clients by providing support services for ATM and EFT disputes exceeding 40 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Capitec and external bank clients with dispute resolution.
- Ensure efficient handling of interbank transactions and queries.
- Deliver service excellence to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- 2-4 years of financial experience in banking, financial services, or retail.
- Experience working on SBL (Standard Bank’s Link).
Education
- Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent vocational qualification.
Ideal Profile
Experience
- Contact Centre or collections-related experience.
- Prior work experience at Capitec Bank.
Education
- Certification in Finance or Accounting (preferably Financial Accounting).
Knowledge
- Basic mathematical and financial accounting principles in a retail/financial services environment.
- Familiarity with banking systems, including SBL.
- Knowledge of payments systems, Mastercard, and Visa is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
