Job Purpose

Provide administrative support for Multi Product policies, ensuring excellent customer service to SBIB Head Office, Provincial Offices, Bank Branches, and customers.


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) completed
  • Certificate of Proficiency
  • FAIS Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience in a Call Centre or Customer Services environment is required
