Job Purpose

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Multiskilled Agent! You will be the first point of contact for US-based customers, assisting with banking inquiries, product requests, complaints, and claims.

Key Responsibilities

Engage: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Investigate: Identify the root cause of customer concerns.
Resolve: Use tools to handle inquiries, banking requests, loan information, and complaints efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Matric / NQF Level 4 (Essential)

Experience:

Minimum 12 months of call centre experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, banking, or high-end service industries.

Skills Required

Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy, internet navigation, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
Typing Speed: 25 words per minute.
Multi-tasking Ability: Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Numeracy: Basic accounting knowledge and numeric skills.

Working Hours & Shifts

Flexibility: Willing to work in a rotational night-shift environment (24/7/365).
Convenience: Free transport provided during unsociable hours.

Background Verification Checks

Integrity: Clear credit and criminal record required.
