Key Responsibilities
- Promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products and boost market share through professional financial advice.
- Deliver exceptional client service in a branch environment to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling value-added services to clients.
- Plan and report monthly sales and service activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Area Managers, Business Owners, activation sites).
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and risk management policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- RE5 qualification (advantageous)
- FAIS Compliance (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.
Experience:
- 1 year in a sales or marketing role.
- Experience in insurance branches is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Sales and cross-selling tactics.
- Strong communication (verbal and written).
