About the Role

Bidvest Facilities Management is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join their Contact Centre in Centurion. The agent will handle customer requests and complaints, ensuring they are logged and processed efficiently in SAP. The role requires identifying emergencies and escalating them appropriately while providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support:

    • Log faults, requests, and complaints.
    • Dispatch job cards and manage follow-ups and escalations.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  2. Operational Duties:

    • Attend weekly green area meetings.
    • Track and monitor rejected or unresolved faults.
    • Determine and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  3. General Duties:

    • Assist with all-round tasks in the Contact Centre.
    • Support team efforts and ensure operational efficiency.
  4. Learning and Growth:

    • Engage in self-development to improve knowledge and skills.
    • Transfer skills to colleagues as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 and Call Centre Certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years in a contact centre and admin support environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer packages.
  • Knowledge:
    • Bidvest Facilities Management products.
    • Facilities management, plant maintenance, CRM, property solutions, HR, supplier chain, and workplace services.
