Job Description
Truworths is looking for energetic and driven Call Centre Operators for their outbound call center. Successful candidates will provide world-class customer service while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate customer information systems while maintaining accurate and secure records.
- Prepare for inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure quality of call openings and endings.
- Perform accurate credit line affordability calculations.
- Adhere to administrative call procedures efficiently.
- Update customer details and summarize comments in the memo field.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification (required).

- Computer literate (Excel, Word).
