Job Description

Truworths is looking for energetic and driven Call Centre Operators for their outbound call center. Successful candidates will provide world-class customer service while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate customer information systems while maintaining accurate and secure records.
  • Prepare for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ensure quality of call openings and endings.
  • Perform accurate credit line affordability calculations.
  • Adhere to administrative call procedures efficiently.
  • Update customer details and summarize comments in the memo field.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric or equivalent qualification (required).

Technical Skills:

  • Computer literate (Excel, Word).

  • Accurate data entry skills with emphasis on 100% accuracy.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
