Job Summary

The Clerk: Administrative will handle key administrative duties such as closing orders on ERMS, sending hourly satellite and interbranch reports, and managing truck and driver documentation. This role is based at the Clover Atlas branch.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in extreme conditions.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Administration Tasks:

  • Capture truck and driver documentation.
  • Capture information for satellite and interbranch reports.
  • Check and control printed invoices.
  • Follow up on queries and provide necessary support.
  • Assist with the cash office duties as needed.
  • Close routes on ERMS.
