Client Service Officer – Cape Town

Job Overview
Pragma is looking for a Client Service Officer to build strong client relationships, manage technical data, and oversee system administration in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer systems using various software platforms.
- Meet monthly performance targets and quarterly goals.
- Report on client survey audits and ensure follow-ups on concerns.
- Maintain an accurate digital filing system.
- Notify internal teams about scheduled client visits and necessary actions.
- Create and track opportunities from Client Relationship Perception (CRP) surveys.
- Contact clients for survey participation and foster relationships.
- Allocate and resolve exception tickets from CRP surveys.
- Manage data accuracy within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool.
- Monitor and review relevant tenders aligned with Pragma and its partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Knowledge of technical information related to Engineering.
- Ability to understand and act on technical information.
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical and client service role.
