Job Overview

As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role involves delivering administrative, organizational, and strategic support, ensuring efficient and effective operations to help drive the success of the organization.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    • Grade 12 (National Certificate).
    • An Associate's Degree in business administration, office management, or communications is optional but beneficial.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO or equivalent high-level executive.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Ensure smooth operations by managing administrative tasks for the CEO.
  • Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO.
  • Communication: Act as the CEO’s first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain efficient documentation, filing systems, and accurate records.
  • Presentations & Reports: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefs to support decision-making.
  • Meeting Management: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and project a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Strategic Involvement: Contribute to strategic initiatives to support organizational success.
