Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team! We are looking for Hybrid Sales Consultants who are passionate about delivering security solutions and achieving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling armed response and monitoring agreements to new customers.
- Promoting and selling alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Generating new business leads and closing deals.
- Building relationships with estate agents, architects, builders, and other stakeholders.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales.
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX, etc.) is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans.

- Excellent selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Presentable and professional appearance.

- Achieve sales targets and client acquisition goals.
- Follow up on all leads and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure accurate and detailed sales administration.
