Learnership Overview
ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering Production Learnerships to individuals with a Grade 12 certificate and a strong interest in the steel manufacturing process. The learnership focuses on training Process Operators with an outcome-based approach that combines both institutional and on-the-job training. The training program will also include regular assessments and progress monitoring.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 qualification with English and Mathematics or Maths Literacy.

- Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for engineering.
