Job Description
Sanlam Group is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, ensure smooth customer interactions, and assist with general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Greet and assist visitors while directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and book meetings, meeting rooms, and appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Ensure a well-organized front desk and reception area.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- 3 years’ experience in a reception or customer service role.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Ability to remain diplomatic, composed, and tactful under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organization skills.
