Receptionist – Pam Golding Properties

Main Purpose of the Job

Pam Golding Properties is seeking a self-driven and energetic Receptionist for their Randburg office in the Westrand territory. The role involves providing front-office administrative and business systems support to agents and management. Your ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders while managing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality standards will make you the ideal candidate for this client-facing role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Handle phone calls and manage internal & external customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable each morning before office hours.
  • Visitor Engagement: Greet all visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Office Administration: Assist in general office administration and attend to branch inquiries via email, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Meeting Room Management: Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and coordinate refreshments for meetings and trainings.
  • Deliveries and Stationery: Receive deliveries, documents, keys, and manage stationary and office orders.
  • Office Closure: Lock the office and perform checks at the close of business.
  • Support to Agents: Assist with property listings, brochures, alchemy reports, and support agents with printing materials and preparing show day packs.
  • Additional Duties: Provide other administrative support as required by management.

Education & Experience

  • Proactive and highly resourceful.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
