Job Purpose

The Reconciling Clerk will handle accounting-related tasks, including processing driver accounts, debtors, reconciliations, filing, and cash office duties.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • FMCG experience is an advantage.
  • Computer Skills: Must be computer literate with fast processing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing claims.
  • Managing statement of accounts.
  • Handling customer deductions.
  • Performing driver reconciliations.
  • Carrying out cashier duties.
