Retail Sales Assistant – Ballito
Location: Ballito, South Africa

Absolute Pets is South Africa’s leading pet retailer, specializing in premium pet foods and accessories, with over 160 stores nationwide. We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Assistants to join our team at our growing Ballito store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and orders are placed as needed
- Perform administrative tasks and use IT systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop knowledge of pet products (training provided)
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- Retail/sales experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Physically capable of carrying and packing stock
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
- Passion for retail and animals
- Interactive and engaging personality
