Job Description
As a Sales Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, including capturing and analyzing daily sales figures, maintaining sales information systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Download sales reports from the system into specific files.
- Update sales information systems and analyze sales data.
- Maintain and update customer information and file sales documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and donation requests.
- Prepare weekly sales presentations using PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Skills
- Essential:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- FMCG experience in sales and customer service.
- Computer literacy (MS Word / PowerPoint / Excel).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric attitude with a positive approach to teamwork.
