Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Assist clients with account creation and resolve betting queries.
- Ensure new customers submit valid FICA documents and understand the sign-up bonus.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote and demonstrate mobile products and services to increase activations.
- Organize displays and participate in events to attract new customers.
- Ensure neat and appealing displays to enhance customer experience.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain records of daily activities and progress, reporting to management.
- Team and Operations:
- Ensure the maintenance and safekeeping of mobile equipment.
- Complete weekly training modules (Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels).
- Travel between branches and stores based on operational needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Results-driven mindset.
- Strong knowledge of mobile and internet betting, betting types, and TUV (Top Up Voucher) distribution.
- Previous experience as a promoter or in a similar role is advantageous.
