Job Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving set sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires an energetic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic business development.
  • Develop and retain existing customers while exploring new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and providing effective solutions.
  • Take full responsibility for identifying new revenue streams and increasing sales.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and provide prompt feedback.
  • Negotiate agreements and successfully close sales.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer behavior.
  • Accurately evaluate vehicles to ensure proper pricing and valuation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification (Matric).
  • 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Strong customer service and sales management skills.
  • Knowledge of retail compliance regulations (advantageous).
  • Cold calling and client development experience.
  • Familiarity with Higher Gear and dealership policies.
  • Understanding of the competitive motor industry and market trends.
  • Product knowledge and ability to promote corporate branding.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong networking and lead generation abilities.
  • Ability to perform customer needs analysis and qualify buyers.
  • Effective communication and ability to interpret customer behavior.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven.
