Job Overview

HiFi Corp is looking for a Service Center Administrator to manage daily operations, assist customers, and support the service team. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma (Matric) or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous
  • Experience in the automotive or service center industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with technicians for work order completion
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies
  • Update customer databases
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Provide administrative support to the service center team
