Job Overview
HiFi Corp is looking for a Service Center Administrator to manage daily operations, assist customers, and support the service team. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma (Matric) or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous
- Experience in the automotive or service center industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Coordinate with technicians for work order completion
- Process invoices and payments
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Update customer databases
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Provide administrative support to the service center team
