Key Purpose
Provide exceptional service by addressing queries related to Chronic Conditions and HIV.
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls and resolve queries related to Discovery products.
- Address questions from franchises, brokers, and the public.
- Handle Chronic and HIV-related queries through to resolution.
- Perform administrative functions and policy updates.
- Use Discovery systems to assist with escalated queries.
- Support franchises and brokers with complex cases.

Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum 50% in English, Maths/Maths Literacy, or Accounting.
- Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general PC literacy.
- Prior experience in a contact center role is an advantage.
