What is a Talent Pool?

A Talent Pool is a database of pre-qualified candidates ready to be considered for roles as they become available.

What this means for you:

  • You will undergo a recruitment process (assessments, role plays, and interviews).
  • If you meet the criteria, you’ll remain active in our database and will be contacted when positions arise.
  • Regular updates on your status will be provided monthly.

Key Purpose

Provide exceptional service by addressing queries related to Chronic Conditions and HIV.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls and resolve queries related to Discovery products.
  • Address questions from franchises, brokers, and the public.
  • Handle Chronic and HIV-related queries through to resolution.
  • Perform administrative functions and policy updates.
  • Use Discovery systems to assist with escalated queries.
  • Support franchises and brokers with complex cases.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    • Minimum 50% in English, Maths/Maths Literacy, or Accounting.
  • Experience:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent administration skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and general PC literacy.
    • Prior experience in a contact center role is an advantage.
