Purpose of the Job
Join the Admin team at OK Furniture, a division of the Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer. Operate in a dynamic furniture retail environment and take full responsibility for maintaining an accurate Stock Ledger at the store level. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and excel at identifying and meeting customer needs, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and address issues related to the Stock Ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely corrections.
- Accurately account for all stock movements promptly.
- Record Service Department production data using Blue Cube software.
- Maintain an in-stock status at all times.
- Conduct daily management receiving checks.
Qualifications
- Essential: National Senior Certificate.
- Desirable:
- Admin and Sales Management training.
- Trainee Manager training.
- Cost Control diploma.
Experience
- 1–2 years of related experience.
- Retail or furniture industry experience is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills
- 6–12 months of knowledge in retail furniture operations is desirable.
